Director, Client Relations

Karen Clark & Company (KCC) seeks a Director, Client Relations, to join our growing team of catastrophe, weather, and climate risk professionals. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with leading P&C insurers, reinsurers, and ILS investors.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance industry leaders.
Work with innovation teams on advanced applications that leverage the KCC accurate models.
Ensure KCC technology is seamlessly integrated into client processes.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to provide informed insights internally and externally.

Qualifications

MBA or graduate degree in related area.
At least five years of experience in consulting or client relations position.
Required to have experience in the property & casualty insurance industry and have a strong understanding of market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to travel within the US and internationally.
Experience at a major reinsurance intermediary a plus.
